In this context and as long as the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is present we will operate with some basic rules to protect our customers. Specifically:
- We avoid close contact and handshakes
- We avoid sharing pens, paper and other personal items
- We avoid contact with furniture and household items
Therefore,
visits to the properties will be arranged with at least one day notice and after serious evaluation of the needs of our customers to avoid unnecessary travels. When possible, our office will send video of the property and additional photos before the visit to the property.
Private Real Estate Showings Agreements will from now on be signed only electronically, one day prior to the visit to the property, along with the identity or passport of the customer and his escorts.
The customer is solely responsible for his personal hygiene and precautionary measures. Our office bears no responsibility.
