Our agency's fee amounts to two percent (2%) of the final sale price of the property, with a minimum fee of 2,000 euros, and to one (1) month's rent based on the final lease price of the property. For properties located outside of Attica, our agency's fee amounts to four percent (4%) of the final sale price of the property, with a minimum fee of 4,000 euros. For properties located in island Greece, our agency's fee amounts to five percent (5%) of the final sale price of the property, with a minimum fee of 5,000 euros. Additionally, and on a case-by-case basis, our agency charges a property viewing fee. All fees are subject to VAT.
